Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 90 days of the delivery date
  • In its original, unworn condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Pack your item securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship the item using the provided label

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us. We are happy to assist you in finding the perfect piece.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@valenroche.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
