Return & Refund Policy
At Laurent Leclair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@valenroche.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Order Modifications
If you need to change any order details (such as shipping address, item size, or colour), please contact us at support@valenroche.com as soon as possible. Order modifications can only be accommodated before the item has departed from our fulfilment workshop. Once the order has left our facility and is in transit, we are unable to make any changes to the order details
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
